A Bit About B U

Beauty University is not a medical treatment facility. I am definitely not a doctor.  My focus is simple. I have struggled most of my adult life battling weight issues, and hating who I     was.  What I have learned through patience and self reflection is that my size is not a mirror of my beauty. It has definitely been a journey.  I have decided to document my goals to help encourage everyone that happiness, wellness, and fitness are all achievable. Fitness is not about being a size 5, it's about being healthy, and having a fulfilling life.  Above all, whatever journey you are facing always remember to be true to yourself.  No matter your size, your skin color, or demographics... remember to be kind to people, AND to be kind to yourself! Forgive yourself, and take care of yourself.
