NO GYM! NO PROBLEM!
I am currently overseas in Germany, and a fellow Non-Commissoned Officer (SGT Kamar Campbell) developed this high-intensity calisthenic workout that is sure to get those pounds off in no time! The fun thing about this exercise is that you can edited it to your own physical ability. If you need to decrease the 40ft distance from 40 to 15ft feel free to do just that! Remember this is all about a healthy, fun, lifestyle change, and eating healthy. It’s all about doing steps at your own rate. I gave it a try, and although I did not complete the entire thing, I definitely got in a good well needed workout. Remember to take breaks as needed and feel free to let me know how you liked it.
